Following the broad public consultation on a new Trade and Development Communication mid 2011, the Commission has set out its agenda for next years on European trade, investment and development actions, explaining how it can respond to developmental needs and situations of our developing trading partners and especially of least developed countries.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the "Communication on Trade, Growth and Development: Tailoring trade and investment policy for those countries most in need" and discuss how to engage with Civil Society on related issues.
