Purpose of the meeting: The purpose of the meeting is to update civil society on issues related to access to medicines.

1. Progress on implementation of the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) waiver and TRIPS ratification process

2. Implementation of Regulation on tiered pricing

3. Reporting on the latest meeting of the World Health Assembly (WHA)

4. Latest developments regarding included Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations

5. The MEDI-FAKE operation (including detention of generic medicines in transit)
