    • Résumé : The core principles of transparency, non-discrimination and procedural fairness are explicitly mentioned by Ministers in para. 25 of the DDA as issues for clarification in the Working Group. The present submission will focus on the objectives pursued by these core principles and on how the scope of such principles could be clearly defined. Before doing so, however, is seems useful to recall some general considerations on where these core principles could fit in an agreement on competition.
