WTO: Public observation of the second panel hearing in WTO dispute on certain IT products

At the request of the European Union, the United States, Japan and Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) the parties in the dispute “EC - tariff treatment of certain information technology products” (WT/DS375/376/377), the Panel has agreed that its second meeting with the parties taking place on 9^th of July 2009 should be open for public viewing at the WTO headquarters in Geneva.

Deadline for registration is Wednesday, 1^st of July 2009, 5pm (Geneva time).

See details and the application form. Given the limited seating capacity places for the public will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
