We hereby would like to inform you that this Trade SIA has been launched early this year. The consultants carrying out this study is the international consortium led by Development Solutions. The first civil society public meeting on the SIA for the EU-Libya FTA will take place on 29/01/09. The aim will be to present and discuss the draft inception report of this study. During this meeting representatives of the consultants will present the draft inception report and provide answers to questions and comments with a view to the elaboration of the draft midterm report.
