The Trade Sustainability Impact Assessment (SIA) in support of negotiations on the Environmental Goods Agreement (Green Goods Initiative) was launched in January 2015 and is now coming to an end.

The SIA final report recapitulates the outcomes and findings of the assessment, together with a summary of the methodological approach adopted to arrive at those outcomes. It also summarises the results of the stakeholder consultation and makes recommendations to maximise the benefits of the proposed agreement and prevent or minimise potential negative impacts.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with civil society the draft final report, which will then be finalised by the consultant taking stakeholders' contributions into account.
