Summary of case:

The EC considers that the initiation of this countervailing duty investigation and the imposition of provisional measures are inconsistent with Mexico's obligations under the inter alia Articles 10, 11, 15, 16 and 17, of the SCM Agreement and of the Agreement on Agriculture.
