To address various procedural issues arising in this case, and because of the refusal by the US to provide certain information pertaining to a number of subsidy measures benefiting Boeing in the US, the European Communities initiated a new WTO dispute settlement case, named "WT/DS353 United States – Measures Affecting Trade in Large Civil Aircraft (second complaint) ". Please see the link under this name on the "Cases launched by the EC" page to obtain information about this case.
