Summary of case:

Canada continues to suspend obligations and to impose import duties in excess of bound rates on imports from the EC despite the EC's removal of the inconsistent measures in the EC-Hormones dispute.

Current situation:

The panel has issued it's (confidential) final report to the parties. It's public circulation is expexted for late March 2008.
