New information available in ROSA

PEM agreement information is available in multi-language format in ROSA.

The new information includes both PEM and PEM transitional, in the following areas: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Jordan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Palestine, Serbia, Switzerland and Ukraine.
