Transitional Rules for Ukraine are now in ROSA

Simplified and more flexible rules of origin ("Transitional Rules") will apply to trade between Ukraine and the EU as from 1 December 2023.

To ease their understanding and application, those rules are explained in the self-assessment tool ROSA, available to both Ukrainian and EU businesses.
